Reasonable questions.

What happens if we stop subscribing?
The signs are yours and keep working as ordinary QR and NFC tags — you can point them anywhere you like. The host, the dashboard, and the analytics stop.
Is there a per-conversation charge?
No. A busy Saturday costs the same as a quiet Tuesday. We would rather you put signs everywhere they are useful than ration them.
How long does setup take?
Most venues are answering questions within a week. The slow part is not the technology — it is deciding what you want the host to say, which is worth doing properly.
Do guests need an app?
No, and there is nothing to download or sign into. Tapping or scanning opens a web page. That is the whole interaction.
Can it get something wrong?
It can. It answers from what you have written and uploaded, and it is briefed to hand anything it is unsure of — allergies, contracts, bookings — to a person rather than guess. The unanswered-question list shows you exactly where it is running out of material.
