SUJI

Products

A floor sign, a wall sign, and a table card. They carry the same tap point and report into the same dashboard — what changes is where each one can go, and therefore what it should say.

The Suji floor sign: a matte black frame around a warm edge-lit panel, on a solid weighted base.

For the doorway, the host stand, the queue.

Floor Sign

The full-height sign, weighted at the base so it stays where you put it. It reads from across a room and at a glance, which is what you want from something a guest passes on the way in. Runs on a pack of AA batteries, so there's no cable crossing a floor guests are walking across.

Goes well

  • Host stand
  • Queue line
  • Trade stands

The Suji wall sign: the same black frame and warm edge-lit panel, mounted flat against a wall.

For counters, corridors, and rooms with no floor to spare.

Wall Sign

The same frame and the same light, mounted flat. It sits at eye level where a floor sign would be in the way — beside a counter, along a corridor, outside a fitting room, or in a hotel lift lobby. Fixes to four points with the included mounting plate, and runs on the same pack of AA batteries, so it doesn't need an outlet on that wall.

The Suji table card: a matte black frame around a warm edge-lit panel on a small weighted base, with an NFC tap disc reading TAP HERE.

For the table itself.

Table Card

Unlit, and deliberately so — a small weighted card that sits on a table without competing with the food. It carries the same NFC point and code as the signs, and reports into the same dashboard, so a table card on the patio is its own location host.

The floor sign designed for Bleu Ginger: a navy panel carrying their crest, an NFC tap disc, a QR code, and a bamboo and wave motif matched to their dining room.

Not off the shelf.

The frame is ours. The panel is yours.

The aluminium frame, the edge-lit panel, and the tap point are the same proven build every time. What a guest actually reads is designed around your restaurant before anything is fabricated — your mark, your colours, your pattern. Bleu Ginger's sign carries their crest, their navy and copper, and the bamboo and wave that run through their dining room.

What the guest gets.

Whichever touchpoint they use, the phone opens the same thing: your name, your photographs, a few questions worth asking, and a box to type anything else into. Every part of it is yours to set.

Diagram of the guest screen, labelling the areas a business controls: branding, hero images, suggested prompts, theme and style, and the AI conversation.

A sign is not a poster.

The difference between a touchpoint that gets used and one that gets ignored is almost always where it sits. We walk your floor before anything is installed and put each sign at the spot where the question actually occurs to someone — which is rarely where there happens to be a free wall.
